The manager was an absolute doll. She was courteous and polite and was the only nice thing about the establishment.

It needs major upgrades, and my toilet took ten minutes to fill and flush and the water spewed out brown from the tub.

The staff was courteous and the room was clean. It is just fairly old and not exactly in a stellar part of town. It is also much cheaper to go directly through the hotel. I probably wouldn't be complaining had I paid what I could have going directly through them. ...read more

The waffles in the morning and the privacy.

The hot tub didn't work properly and the key cards had to keep getting reprogramed.

It was nice overall just a few minor inconveniences but for the money, it was great overall.

It was convenient and close to the freeway.

Too much chlorine in the Jacuzzi.

The room was quiet and clean and the breakfast was very good!

Nothing.

Orange colored water coming from faucets.

Don't think this room had been used in a long time. Musty smell. Orange colored water came from both sink and bath faucets when turned on. Breakfast room dirty. Lobby dirty.
